Question: Where are you based In India or Australia?

Answer: Our sales office is in Australia while our Production unit is in India. We directly ship the products from India.

Question: The outfits on your website are original or replicas?

Answer: All the outfits displayed on our website are designed and created by Panache Boutique. So we don't deal in replicas.

Question: Is there any extra charge for Made to Measure outfits?

Answers: No, there is no extra charge for Made to Measure outfits. 

Question: Is there any extra charge for Custom Made products?

Answer: That depends on your requirement. Like if you want to add sleeves we don’t charge extra but if you want embroidery on the sleeves too then you have to pay extra for embroidery. 

Question: What type of embroidery you use in your products.

Answer: We use Hand & Machine embroidery on most of our products. We don’t use computerized embroideries which are cheap in price and look. 

Question: How do we get Measurement Form?

Answer: You can download the measurement form from our website directly. We also send the measurement form to our customers when they place the order.

Question: What is your shipping time for the outfits?

Answer: Shipping time depends on the outfits. We use hand and machine embroidery in our products which takes time. We don't want to rush through the order because we don't want to compromise on outfits.

For Wedding Lehengas we take 45-75 days to ship the outfit. In gowns, suits, sarees section we take 30-45 days to deliver the outfit. 

Question: What if I want the outfit urgently?

Answer:  Please discuss your requirement with our sales consultants on WhatsApp  +61-470219564, they will help you out and will check whether its possible to deliver the outfit in your timeframe or not.

Question: What if I like your product but that is out of my budget?

Answer: The outfit cost depends on many factors like fabric, embroidery, embroidery material etc. Please discuss your requirement with our sales consultants on WhatsApp +61-470219564, they will help you out with more fabric and embroidery options which cost you less. 

Question: What shipping companies you use for shipping and do you ship worldwide?

Answer: We use DHL or FedEx for International shipping and Trackon, Bluedart and DTDC for domestic couriers. 

Question: Can we pay the instalments?

Answer: We don't have instalments facilities available at our online store. But yes, you can book your outfit by paying 50% of the price at the time of booking if your order is more than INR 25000 and balance should be clear before shipping. You can ask for either a Paypal invoice in advance or you can directly transfer 50% amount in our bank account.
